How long will it take to get a response?

We answer most messages within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday. Weekends and holidays may take a little longer.

Where is my order?

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived, send us your order number and we'll chase it down.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. Authorized customer-choice returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition; the customer pays trackable return shipping. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect orders are handled at no additional cost when approved. Read our Returns policy.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not process direct size or color exchanges. You may request an eligible return within 30 days and place a new order for the size or color you prefer. If we sent the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days so we can make it right. Read our Returns policy.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. International shipping isn't available yet.
